Golden Monkey (makes 60 cups)

Black tea from the Fujian province of China. Golden Monkey tea is hand-processed each spring with careful plucking of only one leaf and one bud. It brews up Sweet and 'nosy' with hints of cocoa and spice notes that linger. Rich, coating texture and very smooth, soft mouthfeel. Delicate, almost indistinguishable astringency. So So Good! 

2 oz Makes Approximately 60 cups when Steeped as suggested 

Steep 2 times  1min / 2min / 3.5min     this is just a general guide there are many ways to steep your tea, you can vary your times and get more or less steeps out of each portion
